Refreshing Morning at Sol Bread Café

What is the best way to release oneself from a few stressful weeks of working, working and more working?  Take an early morning walk to a nice café, enjoy a cup of nice coffee and a great almond croissant.  This proposal seems to have a great chance of fixing the problem.

Sol Breads is an organic sour dough bakery, owns four café in inner Brisbane suburbs: Newstead, Paddington, Toowong and West End.

Coffee is nice with good standard, moreover the staffs are friendly and welcoming.  However, I guess everything will taste better when one have time to sit and enjoy a moment of tranquillity.  With a nice coffee and a full window of gentle early autumn sun light, what else more could one ask for?

Even though it's Monday morning, the shop still appears to be very busy.  Eventually quiet down towards 10am.  By then I have finished my breakfast quite pleasantly while looking at people pass by on the busy street and reading what's so new on the past weekend magazine.  Starting a morning diving straight into study is a nice way, but occasionally it's nice to start a day with style.

If their almond croissant does not rank at the top of my list, it wouldn't be too far away from it.  I asked the croissant to be toasted, it's nicer to have it warm and crisp outside.  Just have a close look at the layers of the pastry, it's not hard to image how good it taste.

A refreshing Monday breakfast date with oneself.  A refreshing way to start a week.  Can not ask for more.
