"Don Quixote" by Ballet Nacional de Cuba in Brisbane 2010

Went to the opening night of Ballet Nacional de Cuba's performance yesterday. Choreography by Alicia Alonso, Marta Garcia and Maria Elena Llorente after the Marius Petipa and Alezander Gorsky's version.


The average level of the male dancers are very impressive.  High, clear, strong jumps, enjoyed it much.  The performance is part of the Brisbane Festival 2010 starts from last night till 3 October 2010.  It's an exclusive season to Brisbane, great news for ballet lovers.
