"2 in 1" Japanese Bakery, Adelaide Street, Brisbane-part 2 布里斯本日式烘焙坊

Have been to this Japanese bakery a few times now since it opened.  The cake & sweet selections are very nice.  Here goes some of my favourite.  Mousse cakes are generally delightful.

Pannacotta has 3 flavours:  Green Tea, Mango and Berry.   Beer Jelly looks interesting.

There are around 4-5 different types of angel cakes, my vote goes to cranberry and green tea&red bean.

They also do customised cakes, animals, fishes, animation characters etc.  Since Christmas is approaching, the classic strawberry cake will be expected.  Will be very disappointed if not seeing one soon.
